Stockport - Died 6th February 1836 (Widow of Thomas Priestnall
- Silk Manufacturer of Stockport)
Date of will - 7th September 1835 Value - £50 Proven at Chester diocesan consistory court on 2nd March
1836 I devise and bequeath all my real and personal estate and appoint all
the real and personal estate over which I have any power of appointment
unto John Davies of Stockport aforesaid, Chandler, and Thomas
Williams of Stockport aforesaid, Builder and the survivor of them,
his heirs, executors, administrators and assigns according to the nature
and quality thereon absolutely, but as to estates vested in me upon
trust, subject to the trusts and equities affecting the same respectively.
And I hereby appoint the said John Davies and Thomas Williams executors on this my will. |
