The condition of this obligation is such that the above bounder, John
Hooley, the lawfull father, to be appointed tutor and curator of Thomas Hooley (aged 10 years), Elizabeth Hooley (aged
8 years) and John Hooley (aged 6 years) the natural and lawfull
grandchildren of Henry Priestnall, late of Adlington in the parish
of Prestbury in the county and diocese of Chester, a widower deceased
without child. The said minors they having goods, rights, chattels or
credits left or belonging to them as appears by the inventory of the
effects of their late grandfather deceased.
