All my messuages, dwelling houses and tenements, edifices and buildings,
cotton factories, warehouses or workshops, hereditaments and premises,
lands, mines and all my parts and shares of the above. Bequeathed to son George Priestnall and daughters Martha
Priestnall and Mary Priestnall who are also the executors.
