To son James Priestnall, one guinea - with what he has already
had from me makes his share equivalent to any of my other children.
Remainder to my sons Thomas Priestnall, Matthew Priestnall and John Priestnall, and my daughters Betty otherwise Elizabeth, Ellen, Alice and Mary equally
divide amongst them share and share alike.Also I give and devise all the residue and remainder of my farm and
interest of and in all that messuage, farm or tenement with the oppurtenances
situate, lying and being in Worth aforesaid, which I hold under Peter
Downes esquire, unto my said son Thomas Priestnall, his executors,
administrators and assigns, he and they paying the rent and performing
the covenants.
